Factory Fabricated Metallic Rectangular Duct
As the name suggests this duct work can be made in GI/SS/AL and is made in the factory as opposed to the project site. We at ZECO are into the manufacturing of three type of flanges, C & SS Cleat, TDC Flange & Slip-on Flanges.
Factory Fabricated Pre Insulated (PUF) Duct
The other type Pre- Insulated is made of environment friendly rigid Polyol foam faced on both side by Aluminium foil. Insulation is expanded using rigid Poly Urethane closed cell content not less than 95% , Non Toxic, Non Combustable & Non Ignitable, zero ozone depletion, zero global warming portential and is CFC/HCFC Free
Pre- Insulated Pipe
ZECO, the leaders in air management systems now offer pre-insulated pipes for both above ground and under ground applications. All manufactured in ZECO’s state-of-the-art factory under stringent quality control.
ZECO pre-insulated pipes are best suited for air conditioning with child water / hot water, piping systems, process piping system and domestic hot water piping system with media temperature ranging between -50 degrees C to +100 degrees C in any environmental conditions.
