Brief description Product / Service :
Cygni provides Solar-DC Power Solutions through
development of multiple technologies as given below:
1. GOA (green
offices & apartments) - provide 24/7 power connectivity of DC Power to
apartments and office spaces through a centralized DC power module that
supplies DC power & multiple metering modules at the output. This also seamlessly integrates solar and energy storage so
that the cost of back-up power is reduced by half and provides uninterrupted
power to multi-storied apartments and offices. GOA
will provide DC power at 48V to power DC devices (BLDC fans, LED lights and
Electronic Gadgets), in addition to the regular 230V AC supply into the homes
and offices.
2. OGH (off grid homes) - developed in collaboration with IITM has
the potential to light up homes with no access to electricity or limited access
i.e. Target market: peri-urban, rural and other areas with no or near off grid
conditions.
3. Inverterless UPS - Inverter used in many homes today as a power
back-up is expensive, requires frequent battery change and has high
losses. OGH, when configured as Inverterless UPS along with solar and
energy storage, reduces the total cost of ownership and reduces both the
back-up power bill and the normal power bill (when there are no power-cuts) by
a factor of two. This results in a much faster payback period. Target
market: Inverter replacement market for power back-ups.

Our power quality solutions LV and MV capacitors,
relays, APFC panels offer better power quality and have longer life. The
performance of our active harmonic filters exceeds the requirement of IEEE
519-1992. Also, these APFCs are manufactured in our Bangalore factory, which itself is an IGBC
Gold rated factory. In the low voltage range, our ACBs, MCCB and MCBs
(Masterpact, Compact and Easypact) offer communication capability which
enable monitoring and control up to load level. Our power monitoring systems
are Green Premium certified
products and are registered under the Product Environmental Profile Eco Passport program. Our MCBs and
RCDs are REACH and RoHS complaint. Our Prisma series of switch boards are IEC
61439-1&2 compliant. Our Power Monitoring Expert (PME) and Power SCADA
Expert (PSE) software give power quality compliance reporting for
international standards like IEC 61000 4-30 and EN 50160.
