Action TESA is the 1st manufacturer of current generation ClassiFormer MAT forming based Particle Boards (PB) which are split & impact resistant with higher internal bond resulting in excellent screw withdrawal properties on the edge & the face. The product is made of Eucalyptus harvested from the plantation growing clonally propagated strains of Eucalyptus which is a Rapidly Renewable Resource among other wood residues from the panel industry. The resin used has a very low formaldehyde emission foot print @ 9.5mg/100g meet the E2 standard for general Commercial Grade & also markets a range of E1 resin bonded range having a formaldehyde emission @ 6.5mg/100g. Particle Board comes in MR & BWR grades and in variants of Plain & Prelaminated too. The Particle Board plant at Action TESA is the single largest installed capacity @ 90,000cbm per annum for the manufacture of PB in the country.

Action TESA is the 1st to manufacture thin MDF/HDF between 2.5mm to 7.5mm in a Continuous Process plant having an annual capacity of 50,000cbm. With a scope of value addition Action TESA also has a range Prelaminated MDF too which is also a 1st for the Indian industry.

Action TESA has also launched a range of Printed Panels using water based, 0-VC/VOC decorative panels for vertical applications in both MDF & Particle Boards.

Action TESA has been the harbinger of technology driven products & has been the 1st to launch the UV coated High Gloss panels in MDF & particle boards. The UV lacquer is a Solvent Free 4E Green rated which is non-toxic, taste less, contains no benzene/lead & has no VC/VOC. The lacquering is a 9-layer on the surface of a Prelaminated or printed surfaces of MDF/PB. The gloss level is in excess of 95 deg & is fire retardant having a 2H-3H surface hardness. It can be used for cupboard/kitchen shutters, wall / ceiling paneling.
